During high‑volume periods (holidays, launches, or special events), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Incorrect Addresses

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged in transit

7. Preorders & Subscription Boxes

For preorder items or monthly subscription boxes:

  • Shipping timelines will be listed on the product page
  • Orders containing both preorder and in‑stock items may ship together unless otherwise stated
